While you pay for your membership up front, your billing period does not begin until we officially open for play
We plan to be open 5a-11p 7 days a week

Rates are based on who makes the reservation. There is no charge for members at any level. Non-member guests pay $10/hr to play with members. Non-members pay $30/hr for court reservations (4 players). Each additional non-member player is $10 per hour.
We plan to open with a good mix of reservations, open play and other events scheduled throughout our operation hours to accommodate as many interests and abilities as possible. But as passionate players like you, we will constantly be listening to member feedback and making any adjustments necessary to ensure the best possible schedule to accommodate the most people.
Absolutely! We will schedule sessions to ensure players of all abilities from beginners to high-level and pros have court times and competition suited specifically to them
Our courts are Acrytech tennis court surfaces with underlying cushioning. Acrytech is the official court provider for the PPA Tour and deployed at hundreds of pickleball and tennis facilities nationwide. They are far and away the best in the game. The only thing different is how much better your body will feel after you play on them compared to traditional courts.
We do not have any official announcements at this time but are actively seeking other future locations in the Seattle area and beyond. We would gladly speak with any property owner or manager interested in discussing a potential Side Out site.
Yes! We would love to host your special occasion, whether a birthday party or other celebration, a corporate team building event or even your outside tournament. We also have a separate area available for your gathering.
